iDuct 4.0

The object of iDuct is to provide an efficient way to design air distribution duct systems directly on AutoCAD LT 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004,2005 and AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004, 2005

iDuct performs all calculations and drafting works necessary to design a HVAC ducting system saving hours of work of HVAC engineers and draftsmen.

Primary inputs are user drawn single line duct route and air flow rates at air terminals. Also user can set physical criteria for duct segments, such as type of duct, space limitation and alignments.

Both round and square ducts can be designed together
.
Supports both Equal Friction and Static Regain method.
Calculates Total Static Pressure Loss of the duct system.
Layer names, line types and colors for ducts, air terminals and dimensions can be set separately.
Both SI and Imperial unit support.

Once user assigned inputs, program first calculates optimal duct sizes and then creates complete 2D drawing in CAD environment.
Software outputs a list of material at the end of each session and same material list can be exported to MS-Excel easily.

iDuct can be used to design a large duct system with 300 air terminals.

Supported operating systems: Windows NT, 98, Me, 2000 and XP

Single version of iDuct runs in both AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT almost identically.
